Dave & Buster’s Inc./Main Event Entertainment in Louisville, KY, is seeking a Restaurant/Operations Manager to oversee strategic initiatives, supervising operations to enhance the guest experience and drive business results.

You will develop hourly teams, recruit and coach staff, manage COGS and labor, and lead with a fun, high-energy approach in a fast-paced entertainment setting.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience.
• Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor.
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience.
• Willing to work weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Developing and leading hourly team members to exceed guest’s expectations.
• Demonstrating proactive leadership by ensuring positive staff and guest experiences through personal interactions.
