Dave & Buster’s Inc./Main Event Entertainment in Tempe, AZ seeks a Restaurant & Operations Manager to lead a fast-paced restaurant/entertainment team and drive guest satisfaction.

You will oversee daily operations, coach hourly staff, recruit and develop talent, and align with core values to deliver high-quality results in a dynamic venue.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience.
• Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor.
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience.
• True leadership capabilities.
• The ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions.

Responsibilities
