Dave & Buster’s Inc./Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Restaurant & Operations Manager in Birmingham, AL to provide leadership and direction across strategic initiatives and operating standards. You will manage guest experiences, coach hourly teams, and drive staffing, training, and recruitment efforts in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

The role requires 2+ years in restaurant/hospitality, strong leadership, and the ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.

• 21+ years of age
• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality experience
• Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
