Our Restaurant / Entertainment Managers help bring this vision to life every day for guests of their centers—and have a great time doing so. The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager role is active, requiring you to be on your feet, coordinate multiple team members, and solve problems in real time.

Our Restaurant / Entertainment Managers assist the General Manager with all aspects of the center's management. In the absence of the General Manager, they take responsibility for all center operations, including entertainment, Food & Beverage, and property management. They maintain a strong focus on guest satisfaction and team development. This role is a great stepping stone for those aspiring to become a General Manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

1. Prioritize Guest Experience: Deliver exceptional service, gather feedback, and resolve complaints effectively.
2. Continuous Improvement: Hone operational skills, optimize staffing, and enhance the guest experience.
3. Business Opportunities: Execute marketing strategies to increase sales through leagues, open play, etc.
4. Leagues Partnership: Build relationships with league bowlers and manage league-related duties.
5. Team Building: Recruit, hire, train, and schedule center staff.
6. Management Skills: Lead, motivate, delegate, and leverage team strengths.
7. Food & Beverage: Oversee and expand F&B services, ensuring quality and guest satisfaction.
8. Flexibility: Work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours.

WHO YOU ARE

You are ready to step in for the General Manager when needed, possess strong guest service and communication skills, and are flexible with your schedule. You are a team player, dedicated to developing your team, and eager to advance your career to a General Manager position.
