Qualifications

• Two years minimum management experience in a full‑service establishment.
• Knowledgeable in both back‑of‑house and front‑of‑house operations.
• Capable of clear, concise oral and written communication to all employees.
• Proficient use of restaurant equipment (registers, ovens, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Guide and supervise hourly staff to uphold company policies and standards.
• Train, monitor, and implement operational standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist GM with recruitment, scheduling, and performance management.
• Coordinate the preparation, cooking, and packaging of food orders as needed.
• Monitor food cost and quality; reduce waste and manage inventory procedures.
• Record daily cash flow, inventory movement, labor costs, and cost of sales.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety requirements.
• Administer disciplinary policies as per guidelines; foster teamwork in operations.
• Lead by example and be willing to take on any task to support the team.
