Rib Crib Corporation in Texas is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a guest-obsessed team and drive top performance. You will develop high-performing teams, inspire daily excellence, and deliver memorable dining experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You will mentor staff, optimize operations, manage costs, and uphold food safety and labor standards while building a culture that makes guests feel valued and at home.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of management experience in a full-service establishment.
• Knowledgeable in both back-of-house and front-of-house operations.
• Capable of setting expectations and maintaining concise oral and written communication among other managers and employees for each shift.
• Proficient use of all restaurant equipment including calculators, cash registers, computers, ovens, smokers, knives, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead a culture ambassador mindset to drive warm hospitality and team culture.
• Mentor and train team members to translate potential into performance.
• Schedule smartly, communicate clearly, and build a workplace people enjoy.
• Resolve guest or kitchen issues quickly and turn challenges into opportunities.
• Oversee back-end operations including ordering, inventory, food cost control, and waste reduction.
• Analyze sales, labor, and cash flow to drive restaurant performance.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and labor laws.
