Rib Crib BBQ, Inc. in Texas is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads guests and teams to deliver outstanding dining experiences. You will drive performance, coach staff, manage operations, and uphold service standards in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of management experience in a full-service setting, strong communication, and hands-on ability with equipment like ovens, cash registers, and POS systems.

Qualifications

• Two years of management experience in a full-service establishment.
• Knowledgeable in both back-of-house and front-of-house operations.
• Capable of setting expectations and maintaining concise oral and written communication among managers and employees for each shift.
• Proficient use of restaurant equipment including calculators, cash registers, computers, ovens, smokers, and knives.

Responsabilités

• Lead restaurant operations and guest experience to achieve consistent results.
• Train and develop team members; coach performance and provide real-time feedback.
• Schedule staff effectively and communicate clearly to ensure smooth service.
• Resolve guest concerns and operational issues promptly and professionally.
• Manage back-of-house and front-of-house activities to maintain high standards.
