About the Position

First Watch Managers love mornings and the smell of bacon, and most importantly, they have a passion for serving others. We hire managers who coach and develop team members to love serving others, creating a cycle of excellent service and food quality.

We take pride in our food quality, with each manager supervising both kitchen operations and the overall dining experience, breaking traditional BOH/FOH management structures.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow our sourcing and recipe standards
• Strive to exceed sales and traffic goals
• Coach and observe the Five Steps of Service at every table
• Implement our 10 Commandments in daily operations
• Respond promptly to customer and employee concerns
• Address repair and maintenance issues immediately
• Be certified in food safety and coach safe food handling
• Recruit and interview potential team members
• Secure company assets including POS systems and equipment
• Understand responsibilities across all restaurant roles
• Address inappropriate behavior swiftly and investigate as needed
• Train, coach, and develop team members daily
• Recognize outstanding performance
• Manage daily revenues and deposits
• Complete administrative duties and paperwork on time
