Base Salary: $35,000/year
Commission: $10,000.00 - $25,000.00+ (Performance-Based, tied to total labor hours managed)
Total Compensation Range: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00+

The Role We’re hiring a Workforce Operations Manager to own the recruitment, vetting, assignment, and performance oversight of our nationwide labor pool. You’ll be a key player in ensuring client success, job fulfillment, and operational continuity.
Responsibilities
Recruit laborers through private social media groups and digital platforms
Screen and vet applicants via phone and document verification
Assign workers to jobs using AOCL’s internal app
Monitor job attendance, worker issues, and performance
Maintain daily/weekly reporting to senior leadership
Requirements
2+ years in labor management, field ops, or staffing coordination
Fluent in English and Spanish
Tech-savvy (apps, spreadsheets, social recruiting)
Comfortable being measured by hours worked and fill rates
Self-starter who thrives under performance pressure
