Hopdoddy Burger Bar in Austin seeks a Manager to support the General Manager in all restaurant operations, directing planning, training and leadership to achieve sales, cost, guest satisfaction and quality goals. You will oversee staffing, training, coaching, performance reviews, scheduling, cash handling, and compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a salaried Manager in full service or fast casual restaurant.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including coaching, directing, and motivating a team.
• Must demonstrate good math and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Exposure to P&L and sales building highly desirable.
