Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ salaried managerial experience in full-service or fast casual restaurants.
• Proven leadership, coaching and people development skills.
• Strong communication, math and budgeting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coach restaurant team to standard operating procedures.
• Lead training programs and maintain records.
• Develop budgets, forecasts and labor plans.
