Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service concepts (preferred).
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing with access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent and required documents per state/federal law.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in managing the restaurant's daily operations.
• Oversee daily operations, staff scheduling, and adherence to standards.
• Ensure health and safety inspections and food handling standards are met.
