Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume food service concept.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving and customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff and manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling and safety standards.
• Maintain health and safety inspections compliance.
• Set a positive fun, family environment in the restaurant.
