Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchisee, is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager in Duluth, MN. You will assist with daily restaurant operations, supervise staff, and ensure friendly, efficient service with great food in a clean environment.

You will work under the General Manager, with opportunities for training, development, and internal advancement based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience preferred in high volume food service
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
• Valid driver’s license and access to private transportation
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem solving and customer service focus

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the General Manager
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and staff scheduling
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team members
• Coach, counsel and develop staff and manage team relations
• Ensure proper food handling and facility maintenance
• Help meet health and safety standards and create a welcoming atmosphere
