Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) in Rochester, MN is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily operations and deliver friendly, high-quality service. You will work closely with the General Manager and District Manager to uphold standards and drive guest satisfaction.

The role requires at least 1 year of assistant management experience in a high-volume food service environment, flexibility for weekends and holidays, and strong leadership and customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high volume food service.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing; access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent; required documents per state/federal law.
• Ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving, decision-making, customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing restaurant's daily operations.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Oversee coaching, counseling, and developing staff and managing team relations.
• Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met.
• Set the tone for the fun, family environment in the restaurant.
