Job summary

The Wendy's Company is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Shreveport, LA to support the General Manager in leading daily operations of the Wendy’s restaurant. You will coach the team, schedule shifts, and ensure a fun, respectful work environment while driving profitability and guest satisfaction.

You will develop talent, train crew, and implement company policies, procedures, and standards across service, cleanliness, and quality control.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong coaching and development skills for crew and managers.
• Experience with shift scheduling and labor optimization.
• Customer service focus and ability to drive guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage labor costs by evaluating labor needs against projected sales for each shift.
• Review monthly budget and P&L to ensure profitability.
• Promote sales by delivering excellent customer service and quality products.
• Monitor crew performance, food prep, and procedures to control costs and waste.
• Communicate issues in sales, profit, or operations to GM/DM for timely action.
• Support the GM/DM in executing the restaurant sales and profit plan.
