• Assists General Manager or District Manager in executing restaurant sales and profits plan as defined.
• Monitors food costs to eliminate waste and theft.
• Trains crew to respond promptly to customer needs and ensures courteous service.
• Takes service times and determines efficiency; trains crew to improve service times and customer satisfaction.
• Trains crew in new products and oversees onboarding of new managers.
• Follows flowcharts to ensure crew meet prep and production goals and maintains inventory controls.
