Job summary

Pancheros Mexican Grill is seeking a capable restaurant leader to supervise operations at a Burlington, IA location. You will oversee staff, ensure top-notch customer service, manage scheduling and labor, and enforce safety and sanitation policies to meet company standards.

You will also handle financial accountability, oversee prep areas, and actively market the restaurant within the community to grow brand presence. Strong English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to hire, train, supervise and evaluate staff.
• Ensure adherence to production, quality and customer service standards.
• Enforce safety, sanitation policies and company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a staff of 3 to 10 employees per shift.
• Manages customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
• Forecasts labor needs and schedules to meet demand.
• Maintains compliance with safety, sanitation and policy standards.
• Markets the restaurant within the neighborhood to raise brand awareness.
• Completes daily, weekly and monthly reports for owner/franchisor.
