Burger King in Jackson, MS is hiring an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead daily restaurant operations, drive profitability, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will support the Restaurant General Manager and manage a team of 20–45 hourly staff, focusing on service speed, quality, and compliance.

The AGM will supervise inventory, cash controls, and maintenance, coach Shift Coordinators and Crew Members, and uphold brand standards.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• High school diploma or GED required; two years of college preferred.
• 1–2 years of quick-service restaurant experience; management experience preferred.
• Some understanding of P&L interpretation and profitability.

Aufgaben

• Manage inventory costs and perform regular inventory inspections.
• Place and receive inventory truck orders.
• Oversee restaurant assets and preventative maintenance.
• Ensure cash control and security procedures are followed.
• Motivate and coach team members to exceed guest expectations.
• Direct operations to meet speed-of-service guidelines.
• Perform duties of Hourly Shift Coordinator when needed.
