Carrabba’s Italian Grill in Naples, FL is seeking an experienced restaurant manager to lead daily FOH/BOH operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold our old-world Italian hospitality with a new-world feel. Responsibilities include staffing, interviewing, hiring, training, enforcing safety standards, managing menus and service quality, responding to guest feedback, and driving community engagement.

A minimum of one year in restaurant management is required, with willingness to relocate

Qualifications

• One year of restaurant management experience.
• Willingness to relocate within the assigned region.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with staffing by scheduling, recruiting, interviewing and hiring.
• Participate in the career growth of hourly team members.
• Implement security protocols for employee and guest safety.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards and health inspections.
• Respond to guest comments and build loyalty while upholding service standards.
• Maintain knowledge of the full menu and preparation standards.
• Engage in community and market opportunities for the restaurant.
