Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Restaurant and Operations Manager to lead food and beverage, bar, bowling, and arcade operations across every shift, fostering hospitality and a floor-rooted mindset. You will flex into roles as needed and build a team that delivers memorable guest experiences with consistent service standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in high-volume food and beverage operations.
• Proven ability to drive F&B sales and build teams that deliver.
• Experience training hourly leaders in fast-paced environments.
• Floor-first management style with focus on guest experience.
• Strong financial acumen including labor, food cost, inventory, and P&L contributions.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across food and beverage, bar, kitchen, bowling, and arcade; maintain service flow and hospitality standards.
• Drive revenue through sales-focused service, upselling, guest engagement, and event support.
• Recruit, train, coach, and schedule teams to meet company standards and guest expectations.
• Own labor management, food and beverage cost control, inventory accuracy, and daily financial targets.
• Stay on the floor supporting FOH and BOH, resolve guest issues in real time, reinforce accountability.
• Ensure the center is operationally ready and guest-ready during high-volume shifts.
