Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Restaurant and Operations Manager to lead food and beverage, bar, and bowling operations across every shift, flex into any role the floor needs, and build a team that delivers great hospitality without being asked twice.

You will drive revenue through sales-focused service, recruit and train hourly staff, manage labor and costs, stay on the floor to resolve guest issues, and ensure every shift leaves guests delighted.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or high-volume food & beverage operations.
• Proven ability to drive F&B sales and build high-performing teams.
• Experience training and developing hourly leaders in fast-paced environments.
• Floor-first management style with strong guest experience focus.
• Solid financial acumen including labor, food cost, inventory, and P&L contribution.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/walking for extended periods.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across food & beverage, bar, kitchen, bowling, and arcade, maintaining service flow and hospitality standards.
• Drive revenue through sales-focused service, upselling, guest engagement, and event support.
• Recruit, train, coach, and schedule teams that meet company standards and serve guests well.
• Own labor management, food & beverage cost control, inventory accuracy, and daily financial targets.
• Support FOH and BOH on the floor, resolve guest issues in real time, reinforce accountability.
• Ensure the center is operationally ready and guest-ready through high-volume shifts.
