BIBIBOP is seeking an Operations Leader to oversee daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment. You will lead and mentor staff, manage scheduling, inventory, and processes, and ensure top-notch guest experiences across our Chicago locations.

You will partner with the General Manager to drive service quality, uphold health and safety standards, and implement our standards, policies, and growth initiatives. This role offers leadership development and opportunities for advancement.

• Manage scheduling, inventory, and operational processes for smooth operations.

• Address guest feedback professionally and resolve issues.
• Assist in training and developing team members to reach their potential.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.
• Ensure consistent food quality, preparation and presentation.
