Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a single Connecticut location, delivering great guest experiences and strong store performance. You will supervise shift leaders and staff, train the team, and ensure brand standards, safety and financial controls are followed to drive profitability.

You will oversee daily operations, manage budgets, monitor guest feedback, and partner with local communities to strengthen performance in a fast-paced Dunkin' environment.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic math and financial management capabilities.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality preferred.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations including opening/closing and cash handling.
• Recruit, hire, train and supervise restaurant team members and shift leaders.
• Foster a positive work environment with coaching, feedback and conflict resolution.
• Ensure health and safety compliance, food handling and sanitation standards.
• Monitor food and labor costs, inventory levels and waste to maximize profitability.
• Engage with the community and implement actions to improve guest experiences.
