Dunkin Connecticut is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager, shift leaders and team, and to perform duties in the manager's absence. You will lead floor operations, execute brand standards, and drive guest experiences and profitability in a single Dunkin location.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic computer skills for daily operations.
• Ability to manage basic financials and math tasks.

Responsibilities

• Able to perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members.
• Lead team meetings, along with Restaurant Manager.
• Oversee Brand Training Programs, schedule, train, certify staff.
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are executed.
• Create and maintain a guest focused culture in the restaurant.
• Review guest feedback results and implement action plans.
• Communicate restaurant priorities, goals and results to team.
• Assist with new product rollouts including training and sampling.
• Execute in-store POS set up per Brand standards.
• Maintain safe, healthy environment by following sanitation laws.
• Control costs to help maximize profitability.
• Assist in inventory and weekly labor scheduling.
• Assign staff and deployment in collaboration with RM.
• Coordinate supplier/vendor orders with RM.
• Conduct self-assessments and action plans.
• Ensure restaurant budget is met as determined by Franchisee.
• Manage cash over/short and cash handling policies.
• Engage with Dunkin Brands Field Operations as appropriate.
