Qualifications

• Knowledge of restaurant policies and HR procedures.
• Understanding labor cost reporting and operating statements.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of profit and loss statements.
• Ability to supervise and develop employees through coaching.

Responsibilities

• Create a fun, high-energy restaurant service environment that exceeds guest expectations.
• Communicate and follow-up with guests to obtain feedback and identify service and food quality improvement opportunities.
• Resolve guest complaints using the THANKS model.
• Ensure calls are handled promptly and professionally.
• Direct and conduct regular training with team members.
• Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members and measure areas for improvement.
• Cross-train and develop new skills with direct reports.
• Create a positive work environment where staff are rewarded for performance.
• Maintain compliance with laws and company policies.
• Manage inventory and oversee routine maintenance and repairs.
• Prepare and analyze operation reports.
