Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment Corporation is seeking a Restaurant and Operations Manager to lead food and beverage, bar, bowling, and arcade operations across shifts. You will flex into any role and build a team that delivers hospitality at the highest level.

This role emphasizes revenue growth, labor and cost control, guest satisfaction, and hands-on leadership to ensure smooth service during high-volume periods.

Qualifications

• 3 or more years of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or high-volume food and beverage operations
• A proven ability to drive food and beverage sales and build teams that deliver it consistently
• Experience training and developing hourly leaders in fast-paced environments
• A floor-first management style with a strong read on guest experience
• Solid financial acumen including labor, food cost, inventory, and P&L contribution
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing or walking for extended periods
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead daily F&B, bar, bowling, and arcade operations across shifts, maintaining service flow and hospitality standards.
• Drive revenue via sales-focused service, upselling, guest engagement, and event support.
• Recruit, train, coach, and schedule teams to meet company standards and guest service expectations.
• Own labor, food cost control, inventory accuracy, and daily financial targets.
• Support FOH/BOH on floor, resolve guest issues in real time, promote accountability.
• Keep the center operationally ready and guest-ready during high-volume shifts.
