Qualifications

• Ability to work shifts during various operating days and hours.

Responsibilities

• Completes opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists in accordance with company policies/procedures.
• Assists the GM/F&B Multi Unit Manager I in supervising day-to-day activities of associates.
• Interviews job candidates and makes hiring or other status decisions for associates.
• Reads and understands financial data and reports to monitor progress towards unit goals.
• Manages day-to-day activities of associates within a defined unit.
• Ensures compliance with all health and safety procedures and AB policies.
• Assigns work tasks, prepares schedules, ensures shifts are covered.
• Ensures all equipment is in good working order.
