Job summary

You will be a visible leader, building culture, solving problems, and driving performance. Responsibilities include scheduling, coaching, performance management, service recovery, brand compliance, and acting as Manager on Duty as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel leadership experience highly preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain service standards.
• Experience with budgeting, cost controls, and staff scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager with daily hotel operations and leadership tasks.
• Oversee department leaders and ensure smooth interdepartmental communication.
• Assist with scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Maintain guest satisfaction by resolving issues and supporting service recovery.
• Monitor hotel cleanliness, safety, and brand compliance.
• Assist with financial performance, budgeting, and cost controls.
• Lead by example to maintain a positive, professional environment.
• Support implementation of hotel initiatives, procedures, and standards.
• Ensure staffing levels support service needs across the hotel.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed.
