White Lodging is seeking an Assistant General Manager - Food & Beverage to lead daily operations and drive guest satisfaction in a premium hotel setting. You will partner with the General Manager to manage F&B, events and profitability while mentoring a cohesive team.

The role emphasizes training, development, and succession planning, with a strong focus on culture and associate engagement. Austin hospitality experience is a plus.

• Leadership experience in Food & Beverage, or department head operations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as General Manager’s Food & Beverage co-captain and lead daily hotel operations.
• Drive guest and event satisfaction, associate engagement and profitability.
• Focus on training and developing associates to reach their best.
• Foster relationships aligning with White Lodging culture to support retention and promotions.
• Pursue continuous learning to prepare for future leadership roles.
