Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences and operating excellence. You will lead and develop the management team and hourly staff, drive financial performance, and ensure compliance with all policies and standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum age to serve alcohol per state laws.
• Ability to obtain food safety and alcohol service certifications where required by law.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop Shift Managers and team members to build a high-performing team.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, and retain team members.
• Foster a positive work environment focused on teamwork and accountability.
• Ensure outstanding guest service by resolving guest concerns quickly and professionally.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations including food safety and alcohol service.
• Monitor labor, scheduling, costs, and operating expenses to meet financial goals.
• Assist in promotions, new menu rollouts, and operational initiatives.
• Support sales growth by maintaining high service standards and memorable guest experiences.
