Job summary

Mozz Sourdough Pizza in Salt Lake City is seeking a Store Leader to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring all duties align with policy and quality standards. You will manage food preparation, service, and staff activities to deliver a consistent guest experience.

You will supervise up to 20 employees, coordinate training, schedule teams, handle payroll and records, and monitor inventory while maintaining safety, health, and alcohol regulations where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous restaurant experience required; management experience preferred.
• Successful completion of corporate training program.

Responsibilities

• Oversees food preparation and service, ensuring quality, appearance, timeliness, and hygiene standards.
• Ensures customer satisfaction and handles complaints diplomatically.
• Monitors stock levels and manages inventory, purchasing foods and supplies as needed.
• Completes financial and payroll-related administrative duties accurately and on time.
• Conducts daily inspections of restaurant and equipment for safety and hygiene.
• Organizes and oversees staff schedules and training for new hires.
• Attends weekly meetings with shift leads and department leaders.
