Responsibilities

• Oversees daily restaurant operations and staff to ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinates training for new hires and staff; schedules and evaluates performance.
• Maintains accurate personnel records and documentation.
• Manages food prep, service quality, and health/safety standards.
• Handles customer complaints and ensures customer satisfaction.
• Monitors inventory and coordinates purchasing as needed.
• Completes payroll and administrative duties on time.
• Leads weekly staff meetings and participates in events to promote Mozz.
