Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous restaurant experience required; management experience preferred.
• Successful completion of corporate training program required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees food preparation and service to meet company quality, appearance, and hygiene standards.
• Ensures customer satisfaction across all aspects of the dining experience.
• Handles customer complaints in a diplomatic, courteous manner.
• Monitors inventory and purchasing, including selecting items from other locations when needed.
• Completes payroll-related and financial administrative duties accurately and on time.
• Leads staff, coordinates training, and manages schedules; maintains personnel records.
