• Proven leadership experience in restaurant management
• Strong guest service focus and operational excellence
• Experience with restaurant management software (OpenTable, POS)

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations
• Maintain service excellence and elevated guest experience
• Monitor quality, vendor relations, sanitation & safety
• Schedule staff shifts and ensure adequate coverage
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and development
• Create reports on revenues, expenses, and inventory
