Job summary

Fazoli’s is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations in partnership with the General Manager. You will focus on developing the team, maintaining brand standards, and driving profitable growth through community engagement and effective execution of plans.

Qualified internal candidates should have one year as Fazoli’s Assistant Manager with leadership recommendations; external candidates require at least one year in a similar role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Must be 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
• External candidates: minimum 1 year as Assistant General Manager; fast casual/quick service preferred but not required.
• Internal candidates: 1 year as Fazoli’s Assistant Manager with GM and Area Supervisor recommendation.
• Must complete Fazoli’s training and certifications including SERV Safe.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in operating the restaurant to meet company goals.
• Develop the restaurant team through internal development processes and succession planning.
• Build community relationships to drive in-house and off-premise sales and execute approved marketing plans.
• Support profitability by applying strong operations controls, budgeting and safe, secure work practices.
