Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Restaurant Management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
• Experience with personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes.
• Strong leadership, coaching and drive for excellence in service.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure superior service and guest satisfaction.
• Train team members on Shack operations and standards.
• Motivate and manage staff to deliver hospitality at the highest level.
• Demonstrate leadership with coaching and excellence.
• Develop plans to promote the brand locally through events and word-of-mouth.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
