Taco Bell in Silver Spring (MD) is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in the GM's absence, upholding brand standards and team development.

You will train, coach, and recognize staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences while managing cash, inventory, and labor to drive profitability. The role offers growth opportunities and a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management by following cash control procedures and reviewing financial reports.
• Ensure all employees receive proper training and resources.
• Champion Taco Bell's culture and values, promoting equity and belonging in the restaurant.
• Lead efforts in recognition, collaboration, and motivation.
• Identify and recruit exceptional talent, supporting the GM in hiring.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by modeling the MIC Success Routine and prioritizing customer needs.
• Oversee Team Members' adherence to Shift Excellence, maintain food safety standards, and uphold Core excellence.
• Collaborate with the GM to assess team performance and provide feedback.
• Assist in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring Team Members, promoting inclusion.
• Act like an owner by assisting with cash control, inventory, and labor management.
• Review financial reports and take actions to optimize performance.
• Support the GM in facility maintenance and health & safety standards.
