Job summary

Taco Bell in Baltimore, MD is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager, uphold brand standards, and inspire the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will lead daily operations in the GM's absence, drive profitability, and coach Team Members. The role includes a 50-hour work week with 40 hours regular pay and 10 hours overtime, and emphasizes growth, equity, and inclusion.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Strong communication skills for performances appraisals and coaching.
• Assist with P&L management including cash control and labor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to train, coach and recognize team members.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by modeling MIC Success Routine and meeting guest needs.
• Oversee operations in GM's absence and drive performance with the GM.
• Recruit, interview, and hire team members while promoting equity and belonging.
• Review financial reports and take actions to optimize store performance.
• Ensure health and food safety standards are consistently followed.
