Job summary

Taco Bell in Maryland is seeking an experienced Area Coach to lead operations across the restaurant. You will supervise General Managers and Shift Managers, drive customer service excellence, and ensure adherence to company standards for product quality and facilities.

Responsibilities include managing financial performance, staffing, training, and maintaining safety and quality. A hands-on leader who mentors teams to achieve sales and margin targets is ideal.
