Responsibilities

• Ensure restaurant achieves financial commitments and guest satisfaction.
• Motivate associates; maintain high energy and service quality.
• Recruit, interview, hire and conduct performance appraisals for associates.
• Develop and implement succession planning for associates.
• Enforce cash handling, inventory controls, and company policies.
• Analyze systems and business trends; provide strategic guidance for operations.
• Maintain a safe working and customer experience environment; address urgent matters as needed.
