• Willingness to work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced environment.
• Ongoing current Food Safety Manager certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen and dining room operations and safety practices.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency meet standards.
• Manage pre-shift meetings, schedules, and labor costs to stay within budget.
