Crave Hospitality Roseville, LLC is seeking a salaried Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at CRAVE American Kitchen & Sushi Bar. You will oversee guest service, staff scheduling, training, and performance management to ensure exceptional hospitality.

The role requires at least 3 years of supervisory experience, knowledge of POS systems, and strong communication. This exempt position offers a 50-hour work week with competitive benefits.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3 years of supervisory experience; including alcoholic beverage service.
• Experience managing POS systems and daily cash controls.
• Operational knowledge of the cash register, cash handling procedures and reconciliation of multiple cash banks and reports.
• Strong customer service experience and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise and motivate others while acting as a role model.
• Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle interruptions while maintaining service standards.
• Knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Provide positive interaction with guests and maintain relationships.
• Manage HR functions including recruitment, selection, orientation, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Implement two-way communication systems (pre-meal, weekly, monthly meetings).
• Maintain positive working relationships with clients and service teams.
• Ensure timely meal service and uphold food quality and safety standards; supervise service.
• Respond to guest complaints promptly by in person or email.
• Schedule staff and approve shift pickups in Hotschedules.
• Train and develop staff to perform duties effectively.
• Brief front-of-house supervisors before service to ensure staff communication.
• Maintain knowledge of service requirements, menus, ingredients, presentation.
• Participate in employee meetings and development; assist with events.
