Lucky Strike Entertainment in Burke, VA is seeking a Restaurant and Operations Manager to lead food & beverage, bar, bowling, and arcade operations across shifts, building a team that delivers hospitality.

You will train hourly leaders, manage labor and costs, and ensure guest satisfaction with a floor-first management style. The role requires flexible evenings and weekends and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading high-volume restaurant/hospitality teams.
• Proven ability to drive food and beverage sales and guest satisfaction.
• Experience training hourly leaders in fast-paced environments.
• Strong cost, labor, and inventory management skills.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant, bar, bowling, and arcade operations across shifts.
• Drive revenue through service, upselling, and guest engagement.
• Recruit, train, and schedule teams to meet standards.
• Own labor costs, food costs, inventory, and daily targets.
• Support FOH/BOH, resolve guest issues, and uphold accountability.
• Ensure the center is guest-ready during high-volume periods.
