Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in McLean, VA is seeking a Restaurant and Operations Manager to lead food and beverage, bar, and bowling operations across every shift. You will flex into any role, build a team, and deliver hospitality excellence.

You will recruit, train, coach, and schedule staff, own labor and cost control, monitor inventory and daily targets, and support front-of-house and back-of-house to keep guests delighted.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in high-volume restaurant/hospitality environments.
• Proven ability to drive food & beverage sales and build capable teams.
• Experience training hourly leaders in fast-paced settings.
• Strong focus on guest experience and service quality.
• Solid understanding of labor, food cost, inventory, and P&L impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across food & beverage, bar, kitchen, bowling, and arcade.
• Drive revenue through sales-focused service and guest engagement.
• Recruit, train, coach, and schedule teams to meet standards.
• Own labor management and cost control, inventory accuracy, and daily targets.
• Support FOH/BOH, resolve guest issues, and uphold accountability.
