Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Virginia Woodbridge is seeking a Restaurant and Operations Manager to lead food and beverage, bar, bowling, and arcade operations across every shift.

You will build and coach a team, drive revenue, manage labor and costs, and ensure guest-ready hospitality on busy evenings and weekends. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), stock purchase, EAP, vacation, and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in restaurant, hospitality, or high-volume operations.
• Track record of driving sales and delivering hospitality.
• Experience training hourly staff and developing leaders.
• Strong focus on guest experience and service standards.
• Solid understanding of labor, cost control, inventory, and P&L.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across food & beverage, bar, kitchen, bowling, and arcade, ensuring flow and standards.
• Drive revenue via upselling, guest engagement, and event support.
• Recruit, train, coach, and schedule teams to meet standards.
• Own labor management, cost controls, inventory accuracy, and daily targets.
• Support FOH and BOH on floor, resolve guest issues, reinforce accountability.
• Ensure the center is guest-ready during high-volume shifts.
