Dave & Buster’s Inc./Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Restaurant & Operations Manager to provide overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and guest experience.

You will develop hourly team members, lead proactive staff interactions, and collaborate with the management team to deliver high-quality, timely results across all areas.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience.
• Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor.
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience.
• True leadership capabilities.
• The ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions.
