Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment Minnesota seeks a Restaurant and Operations Manager to lead food & beverage, bar, and bowling operations across every shift, and to build a team that delivers memorable hospitality.

You will drive sales through service excellence, recruit and coach hourly staff, and manage labor, cost controls, and inventory. This role requires flexibility to cover nights, weekends, and holidays to keep centers guest-ready.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in high-volume hospitality.
• Proven ability to increase food & beverage sales.
• Experience training hourly leaders.
• Floor-first management with guest focus.
• Strong labor, cost, and inventory controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across food & beverage, bar, kitchen, bowling, and arcade.
• Drive revenue through upselling, guest engagement, and event support.
• Recruit, train, and schedule teams meeting company standards.
• Own labor management, costs, inventory, and daily targets.
• Support FOH and BOH on the floor and resolve guest issues.
• Ensure operations run smoothly during high-volume shifts.
