Qualifications

• Proven leadership in high-volume hospitality or restaurant operations.
• Demonstrated ability to drive food and beverage sales.
• Experience training hourly staff and developing leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across food & beverage, bar, bowling, and arcade, ensuring service flow and hospitality standards.
• Drive revenue through upselling, guest engagement, and event support.
• Recruit, train, coach, and schedule teams to meet company standards.
• Own labor management, cost control, inventory accuracy, and daily financial targets.
• Support FOH/BOH on floor, resolve guest issues, and reinforce accountability.
