Responsibilities

• Assist with overseeing all day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and strong performance across all departments.
• Lead, coach, and develop managers and team members to build a high-performing, guest-focused culture.
• Drive sales, profitability, and operational efficiency while maintaining quality and hospitality standards.
• Ensure consistent execution of food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, hiring, onboarding, and training to support business needs.
• Assist with monitoring financial performance, including labor, food cost, and controllable expenses.
• Resolve guest and team concerns with professionalism, fairness, and urgency.
